Q: How should I present my shift schedule to the student observer?
A: When you initially send your contact information to PulseRice@gmail.com, we will ask for optimal times that a student can come to shadow you. For example, this could be the day(s) and time span of the day that you have available. We will send this schedule to the student, and they will contact you with their introduction along with the day(s) and times that they will be in to shadow you.

Q: Who will fill out the student/visitor access paperwork from my respective hospital?
A: There may be some paperwork for the physician and/or the student to fill out from the hospital or specialized department within the hospital. If you have forms for the student to fill out, please email them to PulseRice@gmail.com along with the optimal times for our students to shadow you.

Q: Who do I contact if I have any questions, concerns, issues or suggestions?
